I’ve surfed in many different places and with many different schools, but my experience with Marco, Stefania, and Sudeep was something truly different and deeply transformative. Big shout out to Marco who has in particular helped me winning the insecurity I had on the surfing board and in the water, improving with the technique and reading the waves. If you are looking for professional and highly qualified surf instructors, in a friendly and peaceful environment and surf spots, this is the best place in Sri Lanka. We spent some days in the water with Marco, Stefania and Sudeep for intermediate surf lessons with video analysis and i’m really grateful to them. Hope I can come back soon.

Excellent is a strong word but the guys at Luna Surf Hikka deserve it well! It was my first ever surf lesson and thanks to the best instructor I could ever ask for I’ve managed to exceed my expectations and I was able to take some waves!!! The guys are prepared, available, super cool and they even helped us with the booking of a safe tuk tuk which have waited for us until the lesson was over to bring us back home. I can say for sure it’s an experience impossible to forget!!! Massively recommended when visiting Hikkaduwa both for beginner and intermediate level.
